Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed online with a credit or debit card, which is verified but not charged. The cost of the stay is charged automatically to the card when the free cancellation period shown for each accommodation in the table below ends; if you book after that date, the card is charged immediately. If you cancel before the deadline you pay nothing.
The city tax and any late arrival supplement are paid on arrival at the property, in cash.
The minimum and maximum stay are shown in each accommodation's calendar; up to 28 nights can be booked through the website.
As this is an accommodation service for specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code): the cancellation conditions below apply.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 14:00 to 20:00; from 20:00 to 23:00 a supplement of € 15; after 23:00 on request. Check-out by 10:00.

City tax
Where required by the municipality, the city tax is paid on arrival at the property, in cash, and is not included in the online payment. Any late arrival supplement is also paid in cash on arrival.
Online payments
Payments and card checks are handled by Stripe: card details never pass through or are stored on our website. Any refunds are credited back to the same card.
